7. Mandolin
The reason why
it's named after a music instrument, is because of the harmony
you will find at this dive site. Some say it is better at the
top, some say it is better in the middle, and others say it is
best at 30-35 metres. All these different opinions have one thing
in common; no matter where you dive at Mandolin, it's spectacular!
Turtles, sharks, eagle ray, large schools of fusilier, Napoleon
wrasse, anemones, moray eel and huge Acropora "table"
coral You name it - all have been seen here! Current is usually
mild and visibility varies from 15 to 35 metres. Although mainly
a steep wall, there are a few more sloping parts.Very good for
snorkelling as well.
