All prices are in Euro’s, include tax, but for park visitors, does not include a one-time 150.000,- Rp. (about 16,- Euro) park entrance fee.

We also offer various land tours, like active volcano hikes, cultural land tour, rain forest excursion, white water rafting. Please contact us for prices.

Payment terms:

- To confirm your reservation we require a non-refundable 150 Euro per room.

- Total amount of booked accommodation only, is due 30 days prior to arrival.

- For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, full payment of accommodation in one time is required. Transfer costs are for transferring party. Contact us for bank details.

Cancellations policy:

In principal, deposit paid in advanced, is non-refundable, however, depending on the reason of cancellation, can remain valid until a later date.

In the resort you can pay with:

- Cash US$, Euro, Indonesian Rupiah

- Credit card Master and VISA.

For Credit card payments we have to convert our Euro price into Rupiah. For that we use the current bank buying rate on the day of payment.
